since 2008 in Sweden.
Our business idea is quite simple. We develop materials and products
for in- and outdoor furniture. Difference is that we add a good portion of technical knowledge to make the item a perfect match for you –
as if custom made.

Our motto: An issue is never solved until reason for it to happen has been found, a solution has been implemented and that outcome can be measured for evaluation.
With focus on different production processes, methods, materials, quality and product development, we have helped clients to improve not only their factories´ productivity but also have ensured that the connection between their clients and suppliers is working.
Our clients are often to be found within home furniture, leisure, hospitality furniture and outdoor furniture.
Materials used are sheet metal, tubes, stainless, aluminium, plastics, zamac, solid wood, cork, rattan and hpl.

Ekebo Living - a new exciting modular system for your outdoor experience
Range is built one a number of base units which combined with accessories will give a product just for your need and interest.
Ekebo in the Swedish language can
be loosely translated to "a house nestled among the oak groves"... the feeling of being safe, cozy and a
sense of belonging.
This is what our range is to represent.
Let's play with words and call Ekebo Living "a way to experience nature in style and comfort!"
Compact laminate - HPL
Layers of craft paper mixed with a resin and there after baked under high pressure
and heat. Surface with a decorative print with melamine as extra protection.
Result is a product resistant to heat, scratching, water, sun and most types of abuse
you can come up with.
Our compact laminate is:
· EN438-4 compliant. The most rigorous testing available and a must for a table top
· FSC certified raw material. An absolute must.
· Our resin is free of UREA. Though UREA would reduce the cost it’s harmful to environment and may
cause small cracks in core making it swell.
· EPD certified. An analysis of products life cycle.
· REACH compliant for all raw materials used.
Doing table tops large sheets are used. The more available sheet sizes, the less waste there will be which
is good for environment and good for your wallet. We have nine different sizes of sheets which probably is
a record within this industry.
Having a full range of CNC for cutting, shaping and drilling it’s very likely that we can do a
complete table top to a lower cost than what you currently are paying for the raw sheets today.

A new type of rattan!
Our range of rattan, grass and water hyacinth is from a farmer’s collective in
Vietnam.
We do it slightly different though. To clean the rattan, we use vegetable oil
instead o diesel. Using a sand rattan, we have this pale look by nature and
do not need the bleach bath like other producers. Result is a rattan which is
form stable, well priced and kind to environment.
We have a wide range of weaves but also peddig rattan. Bulk or consumer packed.
1 = water rattan boiled in diesel
2 = water rattan boiled in diesel and bleached
3 = sand rattan boiled in vegetable oil and not bleached.

Portugisisk kork!
All our cork is from Portugal and is cut without damaging the trees.
Bark is carefully boiled and flattened before being processed.
Nice thing with cork is that you can use all the material. Even the last
small piece can be used.
Our range of cork products are available as fabric, strings and agglomerated.
Our cork fabric is made up of thin sliced cork attached to a backing using
ultrasound welding instead of glue. This to ensure you get a soft mouldable
fabric that will not dry out.
Can be done coloured, with print or why not embossed? Final product has a
lush and comfortable feeling when touched.
Our agglomerated cork is done using grained cork, size 0,1mm - 5mm pending
final product, with a FDA cerffied glue whereafter pressed together. Instead of
paint we can use a precoloured granulate. Final product is totally without harmfull
or toxic components and can be used for toys.

Conceicao’s Garden
We have for many years been doing gardens and exterior presentations for both
companies and general public. This include cleaning up what is there and with
smart bushes, trees and flowers we create low maintenance gardens and flowerbeds.
Most, if not all plants we use are from local producers.
We also do interior presentations for companies. This can be to freshen up common
areas, reduce noise in corridors using cork for walls or to arrange year end celebration
for a school.
